As an X factor Bodybuilder Mark believes in building the whole body and the whole man. Mark has gained an impressive record since his first appearance onstage in 2005. Mark secured Four NPC 1st place finishes, three being in 2009 finally leading up to his winning an IFBB PRO CARD that same year. At Mark's rookie debut as an IFBB Pro he took 8th Place in Orlando at the Europa Show of Champions.
As a bodybuilder, Father, and Personal Trainer, Mark believes what makes him strong in life; persistence, perseverance, character, and dedication; all make him a winner at bodybuilding.
Mark has dedicated over two decades of his life working out to achieve the complete package of strength, body, and power in competition.
